- FUNK card does not take responsibility for any lost or stolen cards
- FUNK card does not act as a credit card, and is not redeemable for cash
- FUNK card members must sign the back of their card immediately upon purchase/receiving the card
- FUNK card is valid for one calendar year only (see back of card for exact date)
- FUNK card may only be used by the registered user
- FUNK card is governed by the terms and conditions outlined online and printed on the back of the card
- FUNK card holds no control over individual stores and partners and final discounting and offers are provided at their discretion
